Christmas Fruit Cake

Ingredients:

CakeLite 1000
Powder Sugar 750
Salt 5
Eggs 1000
Refined Flour 1000
Baking Powder 10
Mix Fruit Essence 10
Assorted Dry Fruits Chopped 2000
Spice powder 7.5
Caramel Color 50
Mix Fruit Jam 250
Sodium Propinate 15
Method:
  • Cream CakeLite , essence and sugar
  • Gradually add in eggs and saltĀ  and continue creaming
  • Mix chopped Dry Fruits with part flour
  • Fold Flour into creamed fat
  • Fold in the chopped Fruits
  • Pan in greased and lined Tins and bake till done

  • Temperature: 1900c
