Ingredients:

Ragi flour 500
Refined flour, maida 500
Powder sugar 600
Pure ghee 200
K-Cookiez 400
Milk 150
Baking soda 6.25
Cardamom Powder 10
Gross weight 2358.75
Method:
  • Sieve ragi, flour and baking soda together
  • Cream K-Cookiez, ghee, sugar and cardamom powder till light
  • Add in the milk and cream till light and well mixed
  • Fold in the flour mix and combine to form a uniform dough
  • Scale dough at 10-11gms
  • Flatten and emboss the surface with any attractive print
  • Bake as specified
  • Cool and pack in airtight container
Time & Temperature:
  • Time: 15-20 mins
  • Temperature: 1550c
