Standard Formulation of Butter Toffee

Liquid Glucose 34.00
SMP 4.00
Fat 11.00
Salt 0.50
GMS 0.50
Water 11.50
Condensed Milk 9.00
Lecithin 0.50
Flavour As per required

Method:
  1. Dissolved skimmed milk powder in half quantity water and mixed with condensed milk.
  2. Mixing sugar, salt & liquid glucose and half water with continuous heating in a pan.
  3. When temperature rise up to 1100C then add condensed milk with SMP solution and molten fat with GMS & lecithin in it..
  4. Further cooked the Toffee mixture till 1200C to 1230C. Stop heating add flavor.
  5. Pour the mixture on cooling table & rolled it
  6. Cut the toffee in equal size and shape.
  7. Do the packing.
