Magic Mango Burst

Ingredients:
Ingredients  
FD Mix (made from Koolex) 5 Ltrs
Alphonso Mango Pulp  800 gm
Alphonso Mango Flavor 5 ml
Cut Mango Slices 450 gms
Lemon Yellow colour 0.5 ml
Method:
  • Add mango pulp, alphonso flavour, lemon yellow colour in FDmix
  • During batch freezing , add cut mango slices in it
Time & Temperature:
  • Hardening the mix at -35°C for 3hrs.
  • Store at -20°C
