Malted Choco Fills

Ingredients:
Ingredients  
FD Mix (made from Koolex) 5 Ltrs
Bournvita 400 gm
Milk chocolate chips 600 gm
Method:
  • Add Bournvita in 600ml water at 60 degree celcius, mix thoroughly and add this to the Fd mix
  • Mix thoroughly and during batch freezing add milk choco chips in it.
Time & Temperature:
  • Hardening the mix at -35°C for 3hrs.
  • Store at -20°C
