Tangy Ginger FD

Ingredients:

Standard FD Mix 10 Ltr
Ginger paste 130 g
Ginger flavours 20 ml
Yellow colour as per requirement
Method:
  • Add Ginger paste ,ginger flavour and yellow colour in FD mix.
  • Mix thoroughly and batch freeze it.
Time & Temperature:
  • Hardening the FD at-30°c  for 3 hrs.
  • Store at -18°C to -20°C
